The world will never stop surprising us. There much more to learn. We just know a little about the universe and are learning every day.
1. Fast take of
A fly takes off from the ground faster than a space shuttle. it jumps 3.14" per millisecond. This means its acceleration is 50 times faster than another space ship. A tiny insect can jump more than 100 times of there height.
2. A squid brain
A squid brain looks like a bagel. It's all because of the digestive system is set up. The esophagus goes right through the donna hole of the brain taking food to the stomach as long as the squid doesn't eat something too big that will burst its brain.
3. The biggest
The biggest organism in the world is Armillaria ostoyae. It's basically a mushroom. It grows in Oregon Malheur National Forest spending an area of 22 hundred hectares. It could cover 1.665 Football fields. Its age is about 2400 years.
4.Most slippery substance
One of the most slippery substances in the world is the lubricant in our knees. It is called synovial fluid and it has a similar consistency to egg white.
5. Test of the universe

test of the universe |
If you could test the universe it would test like a raspberry. Astronomers made the stunning discovery while researching a huge dust cloud in the middle of the Milky Way. There they found a chemical compound Ethyl formate. It is abundance across the entire universe. And it is the compound that gives the raspberry its taste.
6. Empty space of atoms
If we could get rid of the empty space in atoms all the humans on earth can be fitted in an apple. It will not be a tight squeeze there. Because atoms are 99.9% empty. It's like the nucleus is a volleyball and the nearest electron is 1/2 miles away from it. With this emptiness, the human being be smaller than a grain salt
7. The coldest place
The coldest place in the universe is not on the moon where temperatures can go down to 378° F. Its not even in outer space where the temperature can go down than 455° F. The coldest place on the universe is in the earth. It was in a lab. Some scientists in Finland managed to freeze atoms using a laser. They were able to reach a temperature nearly to absolute zero(-459.67° F). It's so much cold that the atoms even stop moving.
